8 Dimensions of Health and Wellness
Often when we talk about health in the USA we only associate it with eating “healthy” or how you look and feel. In 1976 BIll Hettler created the dimensions of wellness to give us an idea of what our general health is encompassed of. Below I decided to list a few questions for every dimension of wellness that will get you thinking about your overall health. These questions below are quality journal prompts along with your thoughts about the current place you are and the emotions you carry about your life currently.
Can you sustain your body meeting dietary and nutritional guidelines?
Are you accepting of your body?
Are you making changes in your health for the longevity of your body?
Are you acknowledging your feelings?
Do you allow your feelings to be present without judgment?
Is your mind being stimulated?
Are you learning?
Do you have a quality personal relationship with your God or Deity?
Do you have a routine created that allows you to engage/ celebrate/ or practice no matter the circumstance?

What fulfills you that allows you to make money?
Do you feel connected to people?
