Phase 1 Love. Do everything with and from love. Put your all into everything that you do or say. You will not prosper until you merge your light and darkness or love and hate ! Phase 2 Do Not Chase Sickness. If it makes you sick, tired, or feel bad STAY AWAY! It only takes two changes a year to add years onto your lifespan, why kill yourself voluntarily? Ask yourself how your favorite thing can be healthier, better for the environment, or cheaper. Phase 3 Earn It or Do Not. Work towards it daily! Manifesting is cool, but what work are you putting in to achieve anything? Sun SalutationThis sequence is called the Sun Salutation or Surya Namaskar and it consists of 12 poses. You can incorporate it in your morning routine, it wakes up the body and mind naturally putting them in sync. This series increases your metabolism and burns calories. No more groggy mornings and you can possibly eliminate the need for coffee. You will have natural energy throughout your day! The Health Literacy on Stalking !Did you know, that young adults particularly between the ages of 18 and 24, have the highest rate of stalking victimization? I know, we don’t really talk about it, but stalking is a thing. It happens, everywhere. Whether you want to believe it or not. In Robin Hattersley-Gray’s article, he says that the rates of stalking on college campuses are higher than in the general population; similar to the rates of sexual assault. That’s crazy! The place you thought was the safest, isn’t. People are being watched and followed, most probably don’t even know it. References
