Lady Luck comes in and breaks her new single “Praise,” which is produced by Chayse Dnaro Muzik. The single Praise went into the top 100 on iTunes, ranking number 7 when her single first dropped. “Praise” is a feel-good song that encourages you to be grateful for where you are!
Counting your blessings when you wake up is something we all can do more about. Whether when we wake up, out loud, or even in the moment. We see the moments she is most grateful for through the flashbacks in her official music video.
Besides being grateful, Lady Luck had an iconic performance for her feature on MTV Unplugged New Jersey's 50th hip-hop anniversary in December of 2023. Being from Jersey and having such deeply embedded roots in the culture and movements, it was great to see her glow! Lady Luck was closely linked to the music business growing up.
Her mother was instrumental in breaking the first hip-hop record, "Rappers Delight," as a radio promoter with Sugar Hill Records.” Lady Luck has been around the industry with great legends who pioneered us to the point we are today. In the past, she cultivated the era with her battle rap with Remy Ma on Monday Night Fight Klub.
Her hits include “Symphony 2000” with Red Man and Method Man when she reenacts the carry scene. As well as “Simon Says Remix” by Pharoahe Monch featuring Busta Rhymes and others! Currently running ads for AGA FILMS, a company that helps small businesses get financing by leveraging their credit score.
We look forward to her next big release.
BlasianB3 sat down with the Chicago winner’s circle in 2023 and shared her single that almost did not make it to the market, “Self Made,” with DJs worldwide. Check it out here. Since then, she has sat down with Off the Porch, taken up a new career path, and been featured on Famous Animal TV. In 2024, she expressed that her growth had been very internal.
The internal growth has then been reflected in her real life. “I found myself again without music.” We would agree, it was reflected in her aura and new hit singles “DNA” and “HUH.” The new single “DNA” was born after accepting that she is on a level different from what she is operating at.
BlasianB3 could transmute her daily life and turn it into art to further her movement with her patience! “HUH” was created when BlasianB3 tapped into the dark, seductive energy we often fear or neglect. The song is the epitome of feminine submissive energy. We can’t wait to see what BlasianB3’s great mind creates next.
Mac Zay and Cole Hearted stopped by the studio Chicago773radio and sat down with the Malone in the Am team. Mac Zay shares his single “Bounce Out” and the doubt behind the single not being lyrical enough. Although the single is laced with a great beat and catchy metaphors. Every time you listen, you hear a new bar! Not only in his music but also in Mac Zay’s daily smooth speech.
With Javi, we got into his versatile sound. He is proudly from the north side of Texas, but his album “Toronto” can blend well with other cities like Atlanta and California. We see this in songs like “Yo BD Trippin,” “Life of a P,” “Keep it G,” and “Choosey.” During the interview, he gives enormous credit to his mother for his taste in music and mannerisms. Mac Zay also talks about how grateful Cole Hearted is for being able to flow, learn, and exchange with each other.
They came in to announce their joint project, “The Adventures of Chris and Snoop.” Before this, Cole Hearted came through the Chicago winner’s circle and talked with DJs worldwide last year. Between times, Mac Zay and Cole Hearted have been on the scene with Tahonnie Babi at the underdog showcases, networking and perfecting their craft. Malone In The AM cannot wait to see what Mac Zay drops next.
The artist we know as Spenzo is famous for his hit single “Wife Er.” Growing up out south in Chicago, he was surrounded by family, from music to church. Spenzo's uncle has a church on the street forty-seventh and Wabash called Mt Carmel Bible Church.
His father created a song that is a cultural staple for the city called “Let Me Bang.” Besides his community, some musical influences are Master P, Silkk the Shocka, 50 Cents, Jeezy, and Gucci. Spenzo’s zodiac sign is Gemini, attributed to the album name and the Gems brought out of Spenzo.
From the Album “Gem In I” my favorites are “Twice,” “Goat FrFr,” “Accolades,” “Waiting on A Load,” and “Veronica”! I particularly enjoy the first two singles off the album, “Time Out” and “Reppin.” They introduce you to where Spenzo came from.
What he has been through, how he made it this far in his career, and most importantly, where he is going! “When street and city business hit the internet, you must accept that there is nothing you can do about it. There is no point in trying to talk or post to clean things up”—with the new leaf turned over while “Gem In I” was composed.
Spenzo has acquired a great team, versatile sound, and a new look! While creating this album, he learned a new side of his business partners and self. Spenzo has always been outside interacting with media and fans since entering the music industry.
We cannot wait to see what’s next!
With an exciting name, great interview skills, and an amazing demeanor. Leaf came from New York to sit down with the Illinois Fleet DJs and Chicago Winners Circle. After releasing her song “No Freak” with WorldStar Hip-Hop she stopped by to share it with the DJs.
Leaf gave us a lesson on the new era of music that is taking the industry by storm. After “No Freak” dropped, we got introduced to sounds like Ice Spice, Lil Bibby, and Gazo! No Freak started the wave with the greatest combination of classical and an upbeat tempo that was wavy.
It is a fun song that has the New York drill beat that has made its way around the media circuits like Major Stage and Genius. Previously, Leaf has had significant rollouts for her visuals. The latest song to drop is “DND”,
We cannot wait to see what she has in store for us!
