Sun SalutationThis sequence is called the Sun Salutation or Surya Namaskar and it consists of 12 poses. You can incorporate it in your morning routine, it wakes up the body and mind naturally putting them in sync. This series increases your metabolism and burns calories. No more groggy mornings and you can possibly eliminate the need for coffee. You will have natural energy throughout your day! When doing this be sure to breathe and allow yourself time to stretch into the pose. If you wish to extend your workout you can repeat the series as many times as necessary.
